Where appropriate, individual investments are held through dedicated Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).

This approach allows ownership, capital, governance, reporting and performance to be managed at project level while maintaining clear separation between individual investments.

Each SPV may have its own:

investment strategy, capital structure, financing arrangements, investor participation, reporting framework and exit plan.
